Cancelation Policy & Refunds

Guided Tours:

  • If cancellation is up to 60 days before the start of the trip, then 50% of the trip fee (after deducting taxes of 5%) will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is between 60 to 30 days before the start of the trip, then 30% of the trip fee (after deducting taxes) will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is within 30 days before the start of the trip, then there will be no refund. Medical conditions and emergencies are exceptions and we will refund 100% of the paid amount (excluding taxes).
  • Force Majeure: We shall be relieved of our obligations and responsibilities under the implied contract, if the performance of the contract is wholly and/or partially prevented and/or delayed by Act of God or any other cause or causes beyond our control, such as fires, floods, strikes, earthquakes, riots or civil strife, epidemic, acts of War and Acts of Government, etc. We shall to the best of our ability, promptly give notice to our guests, informing them of the situation.
  • All refunds will be made to the same Credit Card, bank account, or UPI that was used to make the payment. Refund processing will take between 5 to 8 working days after confirmation.

Motorcycle Rental

  • If cancellation is up to 10 days before the start of the rental period, then 100% of the rental fee (after deducting taxes of 5%) will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is within 10 days before the start of the rental period, then the lower of the two will be charged. 50% of the rental fee plus 5% taxes or 2 days rental fee.
  • Medical conditions and emergencies are exceptions and we will refund 100% of the paid amount (excluding taxes).
